Two days before your delivery, you’ll receive a cheerful ​​​tracking email. Once our Nutcracker soldiers have mapped out their routes, your tracking link will show the estimated time of their visit.

This link is dynamic, which means you can follow the journey of your tree in real time on delivery day 🌲.

If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder. And if it’s still lost in the snow, reach out to us through the contact page — we’ll be happy to send it again with joy.

🎄 We do not do outdoors installation because a regular stand on its own isn’t enough to keep it proudly standing through the winter breeze! You’ll need to add straps or ropes to help your tree stay steady and sparkling all season long. These aren’t included with the tree, and the installation may take a little longer than setting up an indoor tree 🌲
